I have been around Mainland China and Hong Kong. The beauty of the country is vast but does not match that of the people. I was so addicted to the food when I came back I could barely eat American. Too bad I can't cook Chinese. As you can tell, I rarely post to the forums mostly due to work, but I hope to change that. I wish you would tell stories of China. I find the culture fascinating. It is not only different from the West, it is different from the other Asian countries.
