I really dislike the last week of the month...never fails...some idiot wants to argue their invoice or payment with me! I have to keep telling them IT IS THE SAME AS IT HAS BEEN SINCE YOU BECAME A CUSTOMER WITH US!!!!! Only nicer......when I get off the phone I go kick a tree and scream to high heaven.....makes me feel better and scares off all the wild life!
