I use digital eyeliner these days any color I like hmmmmmmm...... ya you can paint about anything on........and you dont have to wash it off!!!

wow the arts council actually responded to my last e-mail an gave me a dumbazz answer to my question , but the communication line is now open ......grrrrrr....might be to late for the upcoming art show I coulda got in on though I wrote back a nice letter although I am annoyed but maybe they will help me out an include me on some stuff damn it , I did win first prize in my medium in one of the two shows I did get included in I also asked if the community had a digital gallery and if not perhaps they should ...hint hint
