...do you-all enjoy?? maybe with a topping of parmesan cheese , basil, garlic, and roasted red pepper?? **it is goooooooood** (I serve mine with green beans.)

I actually have some tilapia fillets in the freezer, you can prepare them a million ways but one way that I heard is good and I never tried is you soak the fish in worceshire sauce for a half hour and dump old bay seasoning all over them and broil in stove. I heard it comes out real good and crispy.drinker

I bake mine with lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, and a bit of extra virgin olive oil.

Good choice, yep Tarragon goes good with seafood and sometimes I add it to my soups and special saucesdrinker
