I just got back this evening from a long tiring month
up in Washington State with some real intensive work
and energy invested in helping my hard working
amazing Mother who cannot walk any longer 
and has atrial fibrilation 
and other life threatening illnesses 
get into a much needed place of rest for her ... 
a brand new really nice assisted living residence
and she will be moving there in less than twelve days

I know i am not alone in this,
for we all have Parents and Family & loved ones
but having them so far away
especially when they are getting older & we cannot see them much and can't be there all the time
& even though money is far from everything it would be nice to be able to afford to have her with me ultimately
in a very beautiful, quiet restful place nestled in the country
with hired help & the proper set up privately
but alas... 
if wishes were horses all men would ride
 But someday Lord Oh Lord Someday it will happen
& all I can do now is pray that God provides good care & help for her
It is really hard to go through for everyone involved
& absolutely heart breaking in so many ways
but she is now going to be in a much better situtation 
so i did help make a lot of positive changes for her
when i was up there this last month

Morning all!
Welcome back Vanessa! What you did for your mom was amazing , and you will always remember in your heart that you did all you could do to make her life as joyful as humanly possible. Always hold on to that feeling!!
I went thru helping take care of my ex father-in-law who had mid alzheimers. It was tough but worth it.
