Hey there Kris... How is it going ?
oh we are having a triple digit heat wave here 
I just got back from Mountain Bike Riding
& i felt like i was riding around in a hot muggy Sauna 
it just took the wind right off my sail 
I felt like i was sinking in quicksand as i was riding 
it is soo good  to be back in air conditioning

 only no lightning ....we don't need any more fires in California
