I've tried but I just don't get St Patrick's day. I just don't see it as a holiday. On Thanksgiving we eat ourselves in to a stupor and roll onto the couch like a beached whale and on St Patrick's day we drink ourselves into a stupor and turn green and puke green stuff. Oh that's right, they were grasshoppers. (Those damn things taste as good coming up as they did going down.) But I just don't care.
