The taxpayer by signature affixed below hereby declares.

Whereas the United States Government by its Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches has shown an inability to properly manage the funds granted it by taxpaying citizens of the United States.

Whereas it is felt by this taxpayer that the severity of the above grievance has not yet reached the point where exercise of the 2nd amendment of the Constitution of the Citizens of the United States of America is warranted.

Whereas this taxpayer also feels that some action is warranted to protect the United States of America from such fiscal mismanagement as has already occurred.

No further funds will be forthcoming from this taxpayer until such time as the United States Government has shown an ability to responsibly manage such funds.

(Reckon this would get me surrounded… IRS agents, SWAT, ATF, FBI … the kitchen sink… BUT if all taxpayers did it how would they respond? There ain’t enough resources without resorting to exactly what would cause the 2nd amendment to become active.)
Yeah… I’M THAT PISSED OFF!

Why would they think they could borrow money to pay debts? DO YOU KNOW ANYONE THAT HAS DONE THAT SUCCESSFULLY?

All taxpayers can not respond. This is because a more than half of them are receiving benefits from the taxes that are extorted from the remainder.

In other words, a majority of Americans are implicated in the robbery by taxation, they need no to respond.

Further, of those who pay more than they receive, the are significant number of dumb followers. They pray for the government, whatever it is the government does.
