they caught them on the boarder of nevada

so he is safe back where he was..



Authorities have called off an Amber Alert issued this morning in eastern Oregon for a 5-year-old boy snatched from a Hines foster home.

Just after 11 a.m., officers from the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office and Nevada Highway Patrol safely recovered 5-year-old Masson Weller 130 miles south near Denio, Nevada, nearly three hours after he was taken.

Authorities believed little Masson Weller -- who was taken into protective custody by state officials Tuesday night -- was in imminent danger.

The child and suspects were reportedly stopped after a tipster spotted the vehicle. The suspects were detained and the boy is safe, police said.

Police suspected his mother, Myranda Elane Denny, 27, of taking the boy around 8:15 a.m.




A suspected meth and heroin user who has lived in the Springfield area, Denny was believed to be in the company of a white male named Mark William Ayers in a black 1995 Toyota Camry four-door with Oregon license 182 CYE.
