Ok I need help!!! I got potted roses from my son for mothers day yesterday and Im not sure if you can plant it in the yard later??? Is it a bush or a plant?

roses are a bush , mini roses do alright in pots , bushes do to actually (if in a big enough pot) repot it to a bigger pot does it have a tag saying what kind of rose ?? I have a rose bush in a giant pot an its pretty happy there

and be sure to dead head it , when a rose fades and looks kinda mleh trim it off an more will grow , keep up with the dead heads and it will bloom alllll summer
 ( bigger root space will let it grow bigger to )

I saw the photo but couldnt tell what kind they are , put them in a bigger pot doesnt have to be to much bigger a couple sizes bigger an it will thrive

They look like mini tea roses.

yes cut off the flowers when they look like they are fading or lookin kinda rough it will grow MORE an MORE cut one flower it will grow three back a lot of the time go down the stem from the flower an cut it off near the plant JUST the flower an stem
