Not cheap here either . I lucked out because this was unusual proprety and the seller had health problems .He needed to sell bad .

back in the early 1900's,my great grandmother sold 600 acres for $600 just so should could move into town!
if she hadn't of done that i know i would've inherited part of it from my grandfather
it was the land that her mother and father homesteaded |
