Topic: anyone a mehanic?

I'm looking for a mechanic,i'm having care problems and hopefully even
online someone can help. I was coming hope tonight from work driving
down the freeway my check engine light came on and my car started
sputtering but it never stalled. Anyway I pulled over and looked over
everything which looked fine but I dont know anything about cars any
help is appeciated

Toyota corrola 4 dr, Auto, about 112800 miles Air, cruise, power
everything

Could be a number of things but the first thing that came to my mind was
your PCV valve.

tune up 3 months ago oil change, 3 months ago also

Fuel sensor, MAP sensor, or ignition module. PCV valve isn't going to
have a thing to do with it. Unless you know where to check these-you
will need a mechanic. If it is the ignition module-you will need a
mechanic.

Well, excuse the hell outta me, Mr. Smarty Pants, but my car was having
the same symptoms and that's exactly what it was.

yep and or every 3 months as scheduled give or take a couple days
providing its a day off

mine did that same thing and it was the fuel filter???

But I'm not a mechanic...might even be bad gasoline???

Go to your local Advance Auto, Checkers or Auto Zone. They will run a
test on your check engine light for no charge and tell you what is
wrong. While you're there you might want to pick up some fuel
treatment. Sounds like you may have picked up some water in your fuel
and even if not it won't hurt anything.

The "Check Engine" light is one thing. When the "Get Rid Of Car" light
comes on, that's another thing altogether.

well, i can;t give advice here. I drive and I know how, however i can;t
even change a tire, any volunteers?
