Hello all, new to the forums here and recently re-re-re-exited a year long relationship. I'm a military brat, and I've only lived in KC since about '08. I have NO clue where to meet people of like minds here, really. I'm not in school, I don't go to overly public places save for when I have to buy something (or Naka-kon), and if it wasn't for my career I wouldn't have the few friends I do have. Plus, I tend to be rather skeptical of most of the bars here, it just never seems like a good idea. Can anyone recommend some places?
