Hey Rare, Do you remember yesterday when I said I was going to take a nap??
Well I hit the bed at around 5:45 and didn't wake up til 9:00pm!!!!

i try to avoid them, they can mess with your sleep. i have enough problems getting to sleep as it is

Apparently I needed it, I guess. I stayed up til about midnight and went back to sleep...didn't budge til 7:30am this morning!!!! I feel very refreshed today.
