Here's my take. The woman who did the cyber-bullying is (obviously) a troll with no life,as most cyber-bullies are. The Judge made the right decission in dismissing the charges,in the fact that you cannot hold a person accountable for another persons suicide. be seeing you

1 out of 4 people in this country are mentally unstable. Think of your 3 closest friends; if they appear normal, you're the one. laugh

This happened in my area. That woman needs to be held accountable for what she did to that child.

The woman didn't do anything. As cruel as bullying (cyber or real life) can be,you cannot hold a person accountable for another persons suicide. The girls parents should have been monitoring what she was doing on-line. Most parents don't do this because they are too busy on-line. Welcome To The Brave New World. The girls parens also shuld have been aware of any emotional issues she was going thru, but (once again) they were probably too wraped up in their own silly little on-line lives. be seeing you

The woman was an adult that purposely set out to harm a child.

Btw, you don't know anything about the child's parents on-line life.
You just made that up.

You're right. I don't know anything about the girls parents. I believe that most parents today are too busy with their own silly little on-line lives to monitor what their kids are doing on-line. If I had a 13 year old child,I would be right by his/her side every time he/she went on-line. The problem with most parents is that they are too busy trying to be youthful themselves and end up putting their children on the 'pay no mind list'. be seeing you
