Amnesty will cost less than trying to ship back 17 million.....
Who will drive the buses???/

I say get them on the books.

That's a short term solution with long term consequences.

Go after the gangs, the Employers and the Politicians who are breaking the law by not enforcing it.

Take away the jobs, ICE knows where they all are, the Illegal leaves.

Actually, many have already left because of our high unemployment rates. There's no work for them.

yah I read that the money being sent back to Mexico has dropped by 40%

and they are having a crisis in the villages in Mexico just because the money flowing in from America has dried up

It's bad here also. Many homeless Americans and Leal Immigrants.
If the Illegal flow of money dried up 100%, it could give Mexicans the incentive to deal with their own corruption instead of sucking the life out of our limited resources.

I heard, too, that when they get home, there's no jobs there either.
Their factories are cutting back.

it addresses only the ones that are here. ...the will not be sent back....unless they are criminals...

The immigration laws, as written, only hurt American Companies.....

Brain drain of Foreign born, American University educated individuals....We will educate them but then they must leave....The available pool of the highly educated is limited enough.......why not keep.."the Good ones"

Got another question.

How can you identify an Illegal who comes into this country with no papers, no way to be identified?

Take their word for who they say they are? Go by the name on the stolen SSN? Have another illegal vouch for them?

To really qualify, they would have to return to their homeland, get their real ID and Illegally reenter

In my city they're driving around using Illinois plates. I'm in Missouri. Illinois doesn't have the inspection rules that we have and it's just across the river (Mississippi River).

On the contrary. Current Immigration Law only hurts Corporations. It benifits the American and protects the Legal Immigrant.
