Under mutual matches it says there are people who want to meet me.How do I see them?

Welcome, makingwaves. As invisible notes, you have to rate others in order to (possibly) find out who those people are. If you select "Maybe" or "Yes" for a lady who selects either option for you, the two of you will have made a Mutual Match.
