I have a couple pork steaks so I thought I would make some pork parmesan with vermcilli pasta and marinara. I am also making some pasta salad to go as a side to a sandwich. Should get me through the week...

Should get me through the week... I love pasta salad, make it often. Don't eat pork, could chicken or turkey meat be substituted for the other? |

I make chicken parm all the time. Just happen to have some pork. I am just making the boxed variety of pasta salad. Suddenly salad I think it is called. Have some garlic texas toast as well, melt a little mozzarilla on it.....
