been trying to you can do it! my mother started when she was like 17, and quit 2-3 months after i did...she always said she would rather die than go without cigarettes...and there she is still alive

new years will be 3 yrs for me totally tobacco free. quit cigarettes for 5 1/2 yrs b4 but still chewed and had a cigar now and then
