smoked bourbon salmon

it's really pretty simple... more about quality ingredients and cooking method...

you'll need a charcoal grill, cast iron or grill-proof pan... hardwood (hickory,cedar,maple,cherry,apple) Fresh wild salmon... king, coho, copper river, norweigan if you must... sweet onions (Vidalia or Peruvian are good) Good Bourbon (I prefer Jim Beam Black Label, though the regular stuff is good too) fresh lemon, butter (unsalted), salt and pepper....

you can imagine where this is going... if anyone cares to know the secrets, I will finish the recipe!

yummy how about just making it for me? lol sounds wonderful shallots may be good too . no charcoal grill here or id ask..
