Yes... Try him a criminal.

Cause if you try him in military court you will set a precedent that will add strength to the 'bad' provisions of the PATRIOT act...

And then all you would have to do to get a military trial (i.e. no rights) is piss off the right person and be declared a 'terrorist'.

you ever heard of civil rights . are you sure you want them living next to you . if he beat the charges in civil court court he could claim political assylum and stay here forever . .in a military court you have a group of judges who are familar with war . andthey do not have civil rights . they would be sent home if they win in a military court.don't believe what you heard from the government they are really haveing a hard time getting it togeather .
