I had surgery on my shoulder a few years ago, and for the first week after that I couldn't get my shoulder wet. So I would take a bath instead of a shower, and go to the beauty salon just so that I could get my hair washed. It was so wonderful to have someone else take care of my hair for me! I felt really pampered, and when you're recovering from surgery, being pampered is a REALLY good thing.  Yeah! EXACTLY!! When I had my lobotomy, they shaved my entire hair off. Then they washed my skull in hot soapy water. It felt great! Mmm, to be pampered like that again. In fact, I live in Canada where we have socialized medicine (it's free -- the doctors don't get paid, they work for no money). Therefore I put myself on the waiting list for a brain transplant, only so that I can get that pamper happen again. |

I got a new hair cut yesterday. Is it just me, but doesn't a new hair cut make you feel great? [: sorry you don't like your new do  change makes me feel great, could be a haircut, hairdo, dye, highlights love it all LOL she said it made her feel great.  Nothing to cry over.  I am just an emotional wreck today
