we've been pretty lucky here, with all the snow & ice we've gotten, that we havent lost our internet at all!!!! And we've had alot....
All our towers & lines must be "heavy-duty" since its IOWA....they know what kind of weather we get!!!!!!!!

I seen on the news that in Western Iowa that lines were down. Is that not close to you? I been thinking about you with all this crap we are getting, I don't know if it headed your way or not. Is just freezing rain here but it snow in Oklahoma.

Im more eastern iowa...........
if we get alot of ice, we do get some lines down...........our last snowstorm a small town about 15min's from us lost all power..... That night was BAD!!!!! It was like a blizzard out!!!!!!!! they even closed two of our major highways that night.........and that hardly EVER happens!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, I havn't forgot about your's or Merle's CD, have to figger out this damn burner. If I can't get it figgered out over the weekend i'm gonna call Debbie my puter lady and get her to come over on monday and show me how to use it since she is the one that installed it...

oh we had some drifts in town, of course.........
