We met over a cup of coffee
Her beauty came from inside
It only took one look to know
This woman who came from Heaven!

She said she came from somewhere local
But I knew she was beamed from the stars
To hold her lovingly in my arms again

We spent time together enjoying each other
We laughed, we smiled, her eyes so bright
We talked of the past as we moved forward
This woman who came from Heaven!

I will never know another like her
Her place has been set in my heart
To forget her would be a tragedy
This woman who came from Heaven!

Her spell still holds a place in my heart
I have never met another like her
To think we met online is so unreal
This woman who came from Heaven!

As time passed, it was time to move on
Life catching up with weekend getaways
Her Auburn hair lighting up the sky
This woman who came from Heaven!

Words left unsaid or not saying words at all
Communication break down brings an end
Life surprises with negative thoughts
This woman who came from Heaven!

To know her again would be a blessing
Yet to remember what we had means more
I will never forget what she gave me
This woman who came from Heaven!
