I drink good coffees as often as possible, dark roasts uaually, an italian roast, Columbians as such, or a strong breakfast tea....late in the day/evenings an herbal tea
love my coffee - new research has actually shown some benefitsto moderate comsumption. I go with about 3-5 mugs a day or about 30-50 ounces, I'd say I won't be giving it up any time soon as it relaxes me my brain is in backwards |
