Believe it or NOT................I made myself a MOCHA last night before bed It was NOT DECAF I added peppermint extract & whipped cream .............I did have a GREAT work out too so I slept like a baby!

hello Debbie I've cut mochas out No TINA you don't have to I have an expresso machine I use NON-FAT milk then OVALTINE for the chocolate it has vitamins then I add peppermint or almond extract! The whipped cream is optional!

I drink about 6 pots of coffee a day That's a BIT MUCH @ soda's a day can kill your liver 2 cups of coffee can do it good!

The whipped cream is optional! I don't have an expresso machine I'm not buying anything that won't fit in my suitcases for now
