Obama's has not stopped assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement John Morton from saying his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities and "I don't think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution."

Has anyone in the Obama administration read the AZ law? Remember it is based on federal law. Governor Jan Brewer's office has put out a video to help called Arizona Sing-A-Long: Read Immigration Law!

Illegal is as Illegal does. Is Morton stupid enough to be saying that if you do not like a law you do not have to follow it? Is the Obama administration justifying the breaking of federal immigration law to let criminals enter the U.S. and walk around your city? Obama appears to be "nullifying existing law" and Morton should be fired if he fails to enforce federal immigration law.

Fox News reports that Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-AL said that, "If he (Morton) feels he cannot enforce the law, he shouldn't have the job," and "That makes him, in my view, not fulfilling the responsibilities of his office."

Sessions said the U.S. government has "systematically failed" to enforce federal immigration law and claimed Morton's statement is an indication that federal officials do not plan on working with Arizona authorities regarding its controversial law as reported by Fox News.

Fox News said Sessions continued, "They're telegraphing to every ICE agency in America that they really don't intend on cooperating with Arizona,"... "The federal government should step up and do it. It's their responsibility."

The Obama, Holder, Janet Napolitano and other lawyers and politicians in the White House respond and:
•Admit they have not read the 10 page Arizona Immigration Law

OF COURSE it is -- but the federal government has FAILED in its duty to put a STOP to the illegal immigration INVASION at our southern border; so, the people of Arizona have "stepped up to the plate" and done it themselves!
