Ok my daughter & I both drink different kinds of MILK.....I drink NON-FAT & she drinks LOW-FAT so today I bought this VANILLA say milk called SILK! I didn't think she would like it..........whoa spock She loved it I on the other hand prefer the NON-FAT, but I know that this SILK stuff is better for me! :thumbsup:

You folks do realize that there is no such thing as " milk " from soybeans??

That crap is more processed than actual MILK.

" Better for you "???

Only if you consider highly processed and artificially created " good for you ".

Just stock up on those little free creamers most restaurants have. cant mess with the morning coffee. winking

The only milk I will drink is the Silk Very Vanilla soy and one of my boys prefers the plain soy and one likes the Rice Dream (milk)
we don't drink cows milk at all anymore.

The Very Vanilla tastes like a vanilla milk shake..yummy!

It has the extra vitamins in in than regular milk and yes it is good for you
