Everytime when some1 tried to IM me i cant accept them and it wont let me tho:c why is that?

Everytime when some1 tried to IM me i cant accept them and it wont let me tho:c why is that? you'll have to make sure you don't have any pop up blockers running.otherwise the IM box won't come up to the OP,there is an option under most peoples profile that if they are online,you can chat through IM through the site.IM allows you to live chat instead of having to wait minutes,hours,days for their reply through email
