Yep, here in Palmdale we get some snow every couple of years or so. I have been a Estee Lauder girl since my 20's so I decided to tried another kind. I went with Sephora this time. I like the eye shadow but think I will return the blush. |

Ahhh I find blush very hard to buy.. When I do find one I like I feel lucky.. Thankfully blush doesn't run out like foundation, etc.

I lived and worked for 13 years in and around the SFV and never saw snow either. But, here in Palmdale we get it and I have to say I enjoy it very much.  Your sister is out here? How long has she been in the AV? |

Other than the occasional snow, my sister loves it out there. Use to go visit all the time, but these days my schedule's pretty tight.

Well, this is what I get for saying how much I love the snow and wishing for more!
I went to Mass tonight. My church is 30 minutes away. It took me 5 hours to get home and a very treacherous drive. Be careful what you wish for!

 Oh well...NOW if it will just keep snowing they may close city hall tomorrow and I won't have to go into work.

My sister was suppose to go back to work tomorrow (she's been out with an injury for a few month. How ironic would it be if she couldn't get there. It didn't work.  In 2008 they shut down the freeways, roads, City Hall and schools for 2 days before Christmas and we didn't have to go to work. A little extra paid holiday. But, no such luck this year. Well, off to the mines. Have a wonderful day everyone!  |
