One Meat Grinder
5 lbs beef brisket
garlic powder
worchester sauce
chili powder
black pepper
lawry,s seasoning salt

I use the meat grinder with the hand crank, but ant type will do
trim the fat from brisket, slice and grind, use the entire 8oz bottle of worchester sauce, add seasoning to taste, then refrigerate for 1 hour, should make 10 patties, grill and serve.

well, u could, but it won,t taste the same, beef brisket makes the best hamburger I,ve ever tasted, you can find a cheap grinder any any restaurant supply store, usually for around ten bucks.

A grinder works the best, but if not you can pulse it with your food processor until it gets to the right consistency. Just be careful not to over do it!

or just go to a hardware store, or restaurant supply and spent a few bucks for the grinder.
