Don't be afraid to make a fool of yourself in a relationship.
Don't give your partner any reason to doubt your truthfulness, or sincerity.
Spend time together, just being...... not necessarily doing anything. Just hanging out counts.

There's an old saying: If you throw your heart over the bar, the rest of you will follow. Put your whole heart into it. It won't last if you've got one foot out the door already.

Do things you normally like to do ... I mean, don't do a bunch of expensive outings if that's not what you always like to do. Go to flea markets, museums or mud pulls if that's your thing.

Plus, what the others said: trust, honesty, creativity, communication - along with laughter, patience, encouragement.

No keeping score of wrongs.

Does oral count? Can't go wrong with oral. bigsmile
