| Topic: why do some God-fearing men cheat on their wife? | |

I have friends who are married and cheating. I know for a fact that God is unhappy with cheater. If they are really God-fearing men or women,why do they cheat knowing how God feels about this matter? I want a true God-fearing man and i pray that he considers Gods view in this matter.

 holyandtrue! Assuming that the friends you're speaking of are "Christians", I would say that they have some maturing to do. They may be in the same condition as many "believers". They do not read God's Word, or they may be keeping company with unbelievers. I sometimes refer younger people to: Psalms 1:1-6 "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,..." I was wondering about this too.And I was talking to a guy on here. He made the cover os magazine.For his work with the church.He was the biggest pervert & pig I ever talked to in my life.   What do you call that?

IMHO
1. There is no relationship between religion and cheating. 2. 50% do and 50% don't, period. 3. It seems to have a mind of it's own with some people. 4. Willpower vs opportunity is unique for all people. |

Foolish things we find ourselves guilty of.  "Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." Matthew 26:41, - Jesus Christ, Lord and Savior - Sin destroys families and relationships, communication and fellowship. Encourage & pray for friends and loved ones to take their walk with the Lord more seriously.

Well, any 'god-fearing' man would never cheat on his wife/girlfriend.
If he cheats, he apparently isn't fearing anything and isn't worried about the consequences. Have I cheated: Yes, but not when i was married. Did I pay a price for this? Yes and i learned to NEVER do it again. That was over 20 yrs ago. |

God-fearing is not necessarily being frightenly fearful of God. God fearing has more to do with having love, respect, and reverence for His infinite Wisdom and Power and Righteousness.... properly placing His Will above our own. He knows what's best for us...but He WILL chastise those whom He loves.

for the same reason that woman cheat on there husband , because of Sin we are all sinners, It's not right but it happens .U fall out of love and the other is not happy . That does not mean the U do not love God
