Wisdom,,,that trusted voice we carry inside our thoughts.

Constantly sharing old lessons learned, our compassionate hearts.

Theorizing, reasoning, processing tools, for self-analyzes.

Asking myself, what is a friend. And do they really care.

Are they really someone who likes you, and truly wants to share.

Or just a name, without real motives to feel, hear, help, or do.

Can we see them, who they really are, am I one, and what about you.

I was told recently, to look in the mirror, to search into ME.

A friend for two years, and they ASK THAT,for me to see.

I LIVE, to TRY and SEE ME, through everyones eyes and mind.

I know I have many faults, but vanity is NOT one to find.

And looking deeper inside myself,,my heart is all that I project.

AS I live it and voice it here, through all of my respect.

This New year starting, might be the time for some parting.

I have never rejected a friends request on this site,

Yet,so many have left,,and many more never speak, or give light.

So I'm dropping many who have left,and picking through the rest.

PLEASE, if you don't like my friendship, drop me off your list.

And if you like me, and I like you, your safe, as one of my best.

I don't do just pretend, and call you my friend.

I feel and think, and believe YOU ARE ONE,,to the end.

Just cleaning out my closet and seeing who's all inside.

So I thought I'd post this. As I have nothing to hide.

Very well written...i really liked that...I feel the same way here on mingle too. Some people be your friends....the they just dissapear....into thin air...your true friends will actually stay around and chat.....but i already know there is not many around....Just keep mingling tbrough different forums.......post a few things....and maybe new friends will come......GOOD LUCK!.....
