Do you realize that the Bill of Rights is falling?

1st ammendment - Though we still have the right of free speach (unless you piss of the extremes) our Religious rights have been subjected to 'tweaking' by the Affordable Health Care Act (this makes them subceptable to loose interpretation by the SC).

To actually 'redress' greivance nowdays one must be rich or have resources to money.

Attorney General Holder just put the 5th Ammendment the 6th and the 8th in the same boat with his false intrepretation of law.

If the goverment is allowed to kill one person by fiat it can do it again.

To anyone that it 'deems' a danger.

and the 10th was so blatantly violated by the Afordable Health Care Act (as intrepeted by our government) as to require redress to the Supreme Court.

So then were are MY rights in this land?

Those rights that our Founding Fathers bequeathed to us?

Well the largest issue for me in this realm is the politicization of the courts.

Appointing political hacks to fill judicial vacancies is a step towards totalitarian rule.

Once the courts start ruling based on political and personal beliefs instead of precedent the party is truly over.

Young overly ambitious attorneys and judges who are far too eager to make a name for them self opposed to up holding justice is the start of the failed judicial system.
