one # chuck meat Cracked pepper to liking or taste salt to taste parsley powder garlic powder cayenne pepper 4TB 2T of catsup onion powder 3TB one cheap can of tomato diced chunks dump all in skillet and fry and toss on hoggies or buns and serve with mikes sells crinkled potato chips and vlassic pickles!
