Thanks everybody. I am going easy, they said no weight lifting for 4 to 6 weeks. No choice about following doctor orders!

Because when you work out, your brain releases little things called endorphins, and when the endorphins burst thats what gives you energy.

So not working out, your not bringing on the endorphin release, therefore, you have less energy.

I also notice, that I sleep much better when im regularly working out, and otherwise, I dont sleep very good at night.

Yea, I have sleep apnea so I know about sleeping poorly. I use a cpap machine.

At least I know why I feel more "tired" now...happy
