Obama, like most presidents before him is a farce. He is controlled by others. All of his speeches are written by others which is blatantly obvious to anyone if you remove his teleprompter; his decisions made by others as well. He is not his own man like some think. He is intelligent and well spoken which makes him the perfect puppet!

What difference does it make? Money runs this society so those that have the most always will run it. Honestly I see nothing different now than how it has been...ever. There are two issues that were never made laws and because of that this system will always be a failure as an actual democracy.

1) No law was every built to outlaw private corporations from creating our money

2) No law was ever built to outlaw lobbying

Article 1 Section 10.1 forbids the States from making anything but gold or silver a legal tender.

The Constitution forbids the federal government from making decisions regarding legal tender completely, since it is not authorized to do so. By default, it is the lack of authorization which prohibits the federal government.

Refer to amendments 9 & 10. Basically, anything that the federal government is not authorized to do is a right of the States or the people UNLESS the States are forbidden, which in this case they are as per Article 1 Section 10.1

So, ultimately, the federal government is prohibited from printing fiat money since there is not specific authorization for it in the Constitution. The States are also prohibited from printing fiat currency because Article 1 Section 10.1 limits States to only using gold or silver as money.

As far as lobbying.... ANY would lose the right to address congress for action of grievence or convention if lobbying where outlawed. The best recourse is to repeal the statute put in place by the SCOTUS declaring corporations as individuls with equal rights, and the ability to fund and back elections!

Since Paul has no problem posing with anyone for a pic who wishes, without questioning their morals, beliefs or political preference (PROVEN....unlike those who do it for the press....MOST others) that statement is moot.

Paul has told his security personnel to not interfere but be watchful.... unlike the others who qualify or charge for their participation.
