The deep cavernous chasm
Dark, murky and oh so cold
Lies fathoms within
The depths of my soul
A vast ocean lying dormant
In a haunting romantic abyss
Waiting to be discovered… a sunken treasure
A languishing kiss
A kaleidoscope of brilliant colors
Whirling in seclusion
A coral reef in the deepest of hearts
A magical illusion
A cold mist crashing
On the rocks of my brain
A shipwrecked feeling,
a wailing Titanic… pouring rain
Ah such an immersed cold body,
Echoing from within
Haunting sounds looming in darkness
A song replaying over and over again
Breathlessly gauging
the depths of one’s heart
The nautical moments lost at sea
A lover torn apart
As tides rise and fall
At loves request
The waves crashing inward
Haul remnants of the shore
Of what was once safe… out to sea
To what is no more

Lost in an illusion of
such a majestic body of blue
The ocean vast and wide
Can sail or sink dreams of two
As heart and mind collide
To love is to ride upon the wave
Or sink and find the greatest depths
To dive, swim, or just wade
A world of discovery,
Beautiful, shimmering, silent
Swimming to one’s own heart beat
Where those waves can be so violent
Remembering the glamorous ocean liner
Dancing with the pulsing tides
To come out of solitude and rise to the top
Or merely just subside

Oh my god.. ! Too much s- words but u forgot the most sought after one s*x .
Another point. U took too much time n space there. Where is economy of expression ?
( R. Feynman), i laugh when they say 'may i hang my eyes here in the garden of god' instead of just saying 'cud i take a look, please?'

pulling ur legs. T C

Began rewriting this and I don't think I like the title either... YOUR thoughts?

A lover torn apart

As tides rise and fall
At loves request
The waves crashing inward
Never to quite crest

Hauling remnants of the shore
Of what was once safe… out to sea
To what is no more
Flushed gone into infinity

Lost in an illusion of
such a majestic body of blue
The ocean vast and wide
Can sail or sink dreams of two

As heart and mind collide
To love is to ride upon the wave
Indecision in the greatest depths
To dive, swim, or just wade

A world of discovery,
Beautiful, shimmering, silent...
Swimming to one’s own heart beat
Where those waves can be so violent

Remembering the glamorous ocean liner
Dancing with the pulsing tides
To come out of solitude and rise to the top
