Peanut Butter Roll

3 cups white sugar
1 cup water
1 cup light corn syrup
2 beaten egg whites, beaten
2-3 lbs confectioners sugar
Softened peanut butter

Mix white sugar, water and corn syrup together in a pot and cook until mixture forms a hard ball. Remove from heat and pour mixture over beaten egg whites slowly, mixing with mixer as you pour. Continue to beat until the mixture starts to loose its shine. Add confectioners sugar to mixture until stiff enough for a dough. Roll out and spread with softened peanut butter. Roll up in a roll. Refrigerate until cold. Then slice.
