I had my top two wisdom teeth removed. Wasn't a big deal at all.
But I had implants put in the front of my mouth about a month ago. That was a pain in the ass. err, a pain the mouth. I guess. The conscious sedation was cool for implant surgery though. Don't really remember anything except one moment where I woke up (or maybe I was already awake) and there being somewhat intense pain. But the surgeon was already injecting local numbing agents, so it was all good. |

Also, vicoden is pretty much useless. Ibuprofen was a hell of a lot more effective for me after both procedures.

i tried vicodin, ibuprofen, tylenol, and tylenol 3 and none of them helped me....
