I've heard of it before. I guess it's been around a while now since there are some books published about it.
That video was pretty powerful. It sure does break my heart to think of the burdens that people carry and the unnecessary guilt and regret they hold onto.   Thanks for sharing it.  I'm sending much love, peace and healing to all tonight!  |
