We're getting one heck a storm here right now....lord knows we needed the rain but this is getting to the point of scarey. I may have to shut the puter down here shortly.

Sounds wierd I know, but, I miss the afternoon thunder of Virginia. Way to quiet in the NW.

I hear ya. Here in Oklahoma we got the brunt of that tropical storm Aaron. It was rediculous. We had 74 mile an hour winds and thunder and lightening from hell. In my town of Moore we had 7 inches of rain. I got up to the weather showing floods all around us. It is fixing to hit again. I also shut down and unplugged my pc. Safety, you know?
Then, today I climbed upon my roof to seal around the flashings. It was leaking in the water closet. I fixed it though. I hope. Kat |

I hope anyone affected by the storm Aaron, is okay.
We here in Oklahoma have 6 dead as a direct result of this storm. It is strange how it did get weaker as they usually do. This one actually gained velicity inland. There have been so far 74 resues. I hope tomorrow brings better news. Kat |
