I prefer men my own age. I've dated older and younger. I seem to click more with guys from my generation. But I don' t knock it whatever the reason for dating younger. Conversations are more of a challenge though. I like a seasoned man personally.

I would think that its USUALLY ( not always )going to be a serious mismatch since women USUALLY will mature quicker than men,,,,most older women/younger men relationships probably wont endure the long haul past the initial taboo stage,,,, of course, if the woman and man are at the same EMOTIONAL MATURITY level,, anything is possible |

Yeah. But that's a different case in my country. Young ladies hardly go for their age group, and not to talk of going for younger men. It happens. But is the chances are very slim.The thing is that; the older and corrupted married men over here spoils the young ladies here with money. Well, most times I don't blame the ladies, because that's what the men in my country want. And most especially, poverty pushes these young ladies to preferring these older men in exchange for money and comfort. But I believe that love exists beyond age and our reasoning. Me myself prefers having a relationship with older ladies based on the maturity and how valuable the older ladies treats their relationships.

The problem that I see, is that people overthink this whole subject. As long as the age gap is not indecent, does it matter. I dated a 43 year old woman when I was 26. If you want to be with that person, it shouldn't matter what the age is, provided it is legal.
Of course, the other way to look at this, is that humans are the only species counts and observes age and time, and adjusts our behaviour accordingly. Cultural perception is a big factor, but as long as the reasons you want to have the relationship are honest, then I really do not see the problem. Just because society tell us we have to go with people of a certain age and sex, don't let a bunch of narrow minded, interfering, judgmental morons tell you what to do! |
