Brrrr in the lower teens when I got up this morning. It would have been nice to have someone make and bring me coffee, that way I could have covered my head up and went back to sleep. Sun is shining so that is a saving grace. I think I'll stay inside.

Carol..small world..I have family all around the Bellavista area and in southern Mo.. Morning Minglers! I'm going to move there at 60. My friend has been pushing me for years to move up there. My half brother lives in Missouri. that will be nice. Even tho he isn't very social but we get along

They say we won't probably get snow but ice, tomorrow, Carol. I will be glad to see the electric bills go down from trying to stay warm. Just glad I am able to pay them.

We got snow over ice. It has sleeted all yesterday. I tried keeping the heater off in the man-cave but finally I relented. I am glad I am off Sunday and Monday. It was just starting to come down with the sleet as just a couple of hours before I got off 7 AM Sunday morning. I still prefer working third shift to day or evening shift. We finally got the dog to go out for a little bit. She came back with snow on her nose. Its a cold morning.

Morning everyone. We got dumped on with 3" of snow on Saturday but it'll all be gone in the next day or two. Temps are suppose to be in the 50's & 60's this week. Spring is right around the corner...last week I noticed farmers working the fields...robins...and the willow trees are getting color to them. Won't be too long now.

I've been so busy since I moved..I havent even looked at our mesquites..they are a sure sign of Spring or the catfish biting when they turn green. I do have a rose bush that is leafing out. It was 9 degrees this morning..probably wont get above freezing today ..but warming up tomorrow.. And Carol...you live in Houston for Gods sake.!!!! You are NOT freezing !
