Since joining mingle 2 over a year ago i've always used a cellphone. Every once in awhile it jumps to a computer not mobile site as i am using? Its happened several times? How can i remedy this problem permanently? Since i am not and will not use a computer because of scammers and identity theft!? This problem has happened in past with dating sites!?

At the bottom of the mobile site there is a full site link below the logout one. You may be pressing it by mistake. If not then report what's happening to Admin.

Thanks for your help, The way i did it before was with that http.mobile mingle 2/ login that goes directly th the site . but i can't remember the complete address? Do you or anyone know it? It would be very helpful! Thanks in advance.

I've tried login in on the site you gave and it still goes to the same screen. Still scrolling back.and forth-up and down with that stupid arrow to view! Guess i will have to live with it until the site fixes itself.This has happened at least 5 times since becoming a member?

Since my last post here on the"Help"forum" on 11/01/13 i have logged in from the http://m.mingle2.com/account/login and still get the same results? I can't get hold of Administration or no answer from them? This is getting very trying to me!! Anymore suggestions PLEASE!!

I'm not sure that there is much else that we can do, graywolf55. The URL that Journeyman236 provided (http://m.mingle2.com/account/login) is the mobile site, and it should not force you back to the full site unless you click a full-site link. Are you doing that?

No never have,of this i'm sure! Since posting this i logg on using the http site journeyman said! As stated this has happened in the past several times and i was able then to go that site maby twice to fix the problem. And now since i'm getting messages from other members sometimes a code is ask for to send my messages back to them and i cannot comply? This cellphone is not a fancy smart phone i've tried and will never own another! But thanks for replying i always make do with what i have!
