i am having trouble sending e-mails....i keep getting ....these spam....codes to type.....the problem is there is nothing to type in....there is no funny lettering to to type

are you sure you're not overlooking that it's a chat request appearing on the lower right hand corner of your page? If it is, look at the very lowest area of the box and you will notice a smaller box within the larger one, and the cursor should be blinking in the area for you to begin typing.
