Go to the top of a thread and cllick the name its in,, like here it would be, New Members Welcome AREA, clik on that and then on the top right of your screen your will see a blue box, that says post new topic, hit it and it will give you the box to MAKE your new topic in,,,and YOU must have a title on it,,,lol good luck,,,T
