Just got done drinking a small milk.
Noticed on the bottle states (No significant difference has been shown in milk from cows treated with hormone rbST and non rbST treated cows.) Do ya'll believe Dairy Farmers would drink hormone treated milk? Or, would they cut cows out that are untreated for personal use? |

I'm not sure about the answers to your question. I think I'm lactose intolerant. I recently got some lactose free milk and some dairy relief pills.

lf overly concerned switch to almond or soy milk, don't overdo ur soy intake however...think they make lactose free milk or you could switch to raw milk but its not easy to find and has to be handled carefully. what in most peoples diets anymore doesn't contain hormones, HFCS, preservatives or some other poison? read the label? why bother it's only ur health!!
