Could New Arizona Legislation Nullify All Federal Gun Laws?

PHOENIX, February 3, 2014– The campaign to stop federal violations of the Second Amendment at the state and local level got two big boosts late last week with the introduction of the Second Amendment Preservation Act in Arizona and an important endorsement for a similar bill pending in Florida.

Along with eight other sponsors, Arizona state Senator Kelli Ward introduced the Second Amendment Preservation Act in the Grand Canyon State. SB1294 prohibits the state from enforcing "any federal act, law, order, rule or regulation that relates to a personal firearm, firearm accessory or ammunition within the limits of this state."

"We've sat back and allowed the federal government to trample the Constitution long enough," Ward said. "We're going to pass this bill and stop the state of Arizona from helping the feds violate your rights."

I think MO is considering this as well. I think we will see a convention of states within the next 10 years.

A right is a right is a right and can not be violated at any level of government in a republic.

Like I always say.

We need to be as well armed as Barry's Muslime buddies. And he supply our weapons and ammo.

Only fair.

Always nice to have foul weather gear for when the dung hits the fan.

Yes, there are a lot of shooting incidents here in Florida. A man shot another man for using his cell phone during previews in a theater. A man shot an unarmed teen for playing his radio too loudly at a convenience store parking lot. Lots of guns, lots of shootings. Just another day at the OK Coral.

Nah, the problem is too much shooting and not enough guns. But what can you expect:

First there was Jeb, the smart Bush. Is there really such a thing?

Next there was Charlie that was a Republican but decided he was really an independent and now has figured out he was a Democrat all this time.

But let's not forget good old Alex and Rick, and the best won? I mean Rick, less than a year in office and gets hit with a Writ of Quo Warranto. I'm glad those good ole boys from the Bar could get that squished, imagine what would of happened if they hadn't.

Florida, a proud Red state that has turned ugly Blue by those violent large cities and metropolitan areas. A state to be from, far from.
